Indications
For children over 3 years old, adolescents and adults, as a supplement to the daily need for iron – a component of hemoglobin, which is the carrier of oxygen in the body, and as a supplement to the need for folic acid and vitamins: B6, B12, C, involved in hematopoietic processes.
It is especially recommended for people with an increased need for iron and/or folic acid – pregnant, lactating women, women planning pregnancy, during the perimenstrual period, as well as people with increased physical activity, blood donors, vegetarians (drug without capsule).
Recommended daily dose
1 capsule per day after meals, with plenty of water or otherwise after consultation with your doctor.
