50.0 mg Diphenhydramine hydrochloride 43.75 mg Diphenhydramine
Excipients:
Cellulose Lactose Magnesium stearate Povidone silicon dioxide, highly dispersed
Areas of application
For short-term treatment of sleep disorders.
Dosage
The recommended dose for adults is 1 tablet (equivalent to 50 mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride). This dose should not be exceeded.
The duration of treatment should be as short as possible. As a rule, it should last only a few days and not exceed 2 weeks.
Contraindications
The drug should not be used in:
Acute bronchial asthma
Narrow-angle glaucoma
Adrenal tumor (pheochromocytoma)
Enlargement of the prostate with the formation of residual urine.
Seizure – eg, convulsions due to dysfunction of the brain (epilepsy).
Potassium, magnesium deficiency.
Decreased heart rate (bradycardia). coronary artery disease, conduction disturbances, arrhythmias).
Concomitant use of drugs that also prolong the QT interval (eg, class IA or III antiarrhythmics, antibiotics, antimalarials, antihistamines, neuroleptics) or that lead to potassium deficiency
Concomitant use of alcohol or monoamine oxidase – Hammers
children rn and adolescents under 18 years of age.”
