A patch containing 25 mg lidocaine and 25 mg prilocaine.
HOW TO USE:
The Emla patch allows for easy and simple application to the areas to be treated. It is used for local anesthesia of the skin to reduce pain. Emla patches have been dermatologically tested.
The dosage for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is to apply one or more patches to the areas to be treated and leave for 1 hour.
APPLICATION:
The EMLA patch is effective for 1-2 hours after application to the area to be treated. The plaster must not be cut or otherwise separated. Follow the instructions in the package insert.”
