- GeloRivois® throat lozenges provide protection of the oral mucosa
and the throat. They are used to relieve the throat, in case of ailments
such as hoarseness, irritation in the throat, dryness of the mucous membrane, which lead
to a sore throat or to an unproductive, dry cough.
The causes of dryness and irritation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat
can be different and include: - – voice strain,
- – impaired nasal breathing (e.g. due to a cold),
- – dry air due to the use of heating or air conditioning
- systems,
- – pollen allergy (hay fever)
- – smoking.
