“Indications for use: Symptoms of chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities, for example, pain, swelling of the legs, nighttime calf cramps, feeling of heaviness in the legs.
Composition: 1 capsule contains: active substances: troxerutin (containing at least 80% trihydroksyetylorutyny) 200 mg of dry extract from chestnut seeds DER 5-7: 1 (equivalent to 20 mg of triterpene glycosides per anhydrous escin; extractant: ethanol 80% v/v ) 105.3mg and excipients: purified soybean oil, lecithin, coconut oil, palm oil, beeswax, gelatin, glycerin, titanium dioxide E171, E172 brown iron oxide, yellow iron oxide E172.
Action: The drug affects the tension of the veins, reduces their permeability, improves venous circulation, prevents stagnation of venous blood, reduces swelling and exudation.
Dosage: the drug is administered orally. Adults: 3 times a day, 1 capsule with meals. The recommended period of use is 3 to 4 weeks, the doctor may recommend continued therapy.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.”

However, the effect of local anesthesia is caused by lidocaine. The hemorrhoid cream can be used in adults and after the 4th month of pregnancy and during lactation.
