Active ingredient: hyoscine bitobromide.
1 suppository contains hyoscine butylbromide 10 mg (Hyoscinibutylbromidum).
Excipients: solid fat, polysorbate 80, liquid paraffin, purified water.
Dosage
The medicine should be used only temporarily (in case of symptoms).
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1-2 suppositories rectally 2-3 times a day.
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1 suppository rectally 2-3 times a day.

Scopolan has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, biliary tract and genitourinary system.
Indications
spasmodic conditions in the gastrointestinal tract (stomach spasms, intestinal colic, irritable bowel syndrome),
spasmodic conditions of the bile ducts (biliary colic),
spasmodic conditions of the genitourinary system (dysmenorrhea, renal colic, spasmodic conditions associated with ureteral stones).
Contraindications
When you should not use Scopolan:
in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or excipients of the drug,
if you are allergic to tropane alkaloids (atropine and its derivatives),
if the patient has: narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, atonic constipation, paralytic ileus, narrowing of the esophagus, cardia or pylorus, tachycardia, muscle weakness,”
