The active ingredient of the drug is an extract (in the form of a purified dry extract) from the husk of Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. (20-34:1) (extractant: methanol 90%).
1 film-coated tablet contains 50 mg of milk thistle husk dry extract, which corresponds to 37.8 mg of silymarin expressed as silibinin.
Excipients: sodium benzoate, glucose, potato starch, sucrose, talc, magnesium stearate, acacia gum, a mixture of white beeswax and carnauba wax (Capol 1295), indigo carmine E132, quinoline yellow E104.
Dosage
Silymarol 35 mg is prescribed orally. The dosage of the drug for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 2 tablets 3 times a day after meals. The drug requires systematic use for approximately 2-4 weeks. If symptoms worsen or do not go away, consult your doctor, who may extend treatment, for example up to 6 months.
During therapy, the use of agents harmful to the liver should be avoided.

Contraindications
