Method of using a medical device
1. Collect a semen sample using manual stimulation (masturbation). Collect material in a sample container.
2. Wait 15 minutes for the sample to melt.
3. Using a pipette, apply 3 drops of the test material to the area marked with A.
4. Apply 3 drops of staining reagent and 2 drops of washing reagent to the same area. The sample incubation time with each reagent is indicated in the test procedure card.
5. Read the test result after 2 minutes.
The correct result is when the color of window A is the same or equal to the color of window B.
Contraindications and precautions
Condoms should not be used to collect sperm.
Do not exceed the sample incubation time of 15 minutes.
Do not use a sample taken more than 12 hours before testing.
Notes and Precautions
Sperm should be collected within 2-7 days after the last ejaculation. Collecting the sample before or after 2 days may affect the accuracy of the result.
Abnormal results do not mean that a woman will not become pregnant after intercourse.
The plate is wet, too firm, the wrong amount of reagent has been added, or the wrong incubation time has been selected, which may cause an incorrect result.
