Dosage
The dose and frequency of administration depend on the severity of the diarrhea.
Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the usual dose is:
Children 5-14 years: 1 film-coated tablet 3-4 times a day.
Adults: 1-2 film-coated tablets 4 times a day
Adults for prevention: 1 film-coated tablet twice a day.
In children and the elderly, diarrhea, especially when combined with vomiting, can quickly lead to dangerous loss of water. and electrolyte loss. For this reason, special attention should be paid to adequate replacement of water and electrolytes.
The medicine should be taken regularly until diarrhea stops.
Do not take the medicine for more than 3-4 days without consulting a doctor.
Contraindications
The medicine should not be taken if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to tannin albuminate (containing chicken protein), ethacridine lactate monohydrate or any of the other ingredients of the medicine.”
