The active ingredients of the drug are octenidine dihydrochloride and phenoxyethanol.
1 g of solution contains 1 mg of octenidine dihydrochloride (Octenidini dihydrochloridum m) and 20 mg of phenoxyethanol (Phenoxyethanolum).
Excipients: cocamidopropyl betaine, 38% solution; sodium gluconate; glycerin 85%; sodium hydroxide, 10% solution (to adjust pH); Distilled water.
Dosage
Help4Skin Septi-Spray is intended for the treatment of skin and wounds. Help4Skin Septi-Spray is recommended to be used undiluted.
Help4Skin Septi-Spray should be applied by pressing the mechanical spray repeatedly onto the area to be treated, ensuring complete wetting.
Wait at least one or two minutes for Help4Skin Septi-Spray to dry completely before covering the wound with a bandage, tape, or clothing.
For time-limited maintenance antiseptic treatment of interdigital mycosis, the drug should be applied to the affected areas in the morning and evening.
Help4Skin Septi-Spray should not be used for more than 2 weeks without medical supervision.

Indications
Help4Skin Septi-Spray is intended for use in adults and children of all ages for: repeated, short-term antiseptic treatment of mucous membranes and adjacent tissues before diagnostic procedures in the genital and anal areas, including the vagina, vulva and glans penis, also before bladder catheterization ; antiseptic treatment of small, superficial wounds and skin disinfection before non-surgical procedures.
Contraindications
You should not use Help4Skin Septi-Spray if you: are allergic to octenidine dihydrochloride, phenoxyethanol or any other ingredient of this medicine; to rinse the abdomen (for example, during surgery), bladder, or eardrum (the membrane in the middle ear that vibrates in response to sound waves).”
