Dosage
General dosage recommendations:
If you have nervous restlessness:
Adolescents aged 12 years and over (weight over 44 kg) and adults 1-2 tablets 3 times a day, regardless of meals
If you have trouble falling asleep:
Adolescents aged 12 years and over (weight over 44 kg) and adults 2 tablets 1 time per day before bedtime (about 1 hour before)
If you have severe trouble falling asleep:
Adolescents aged 12 years and over (weight over 44 kg) and adults 2 tablets 2 times a day in the evening and before bedtime (about 1 hour before)
Maximum dose: Do not exceed 6 tablets per day.
