“Composition
Active ingredients:
400 mg ibuprofen
Excipients:
Polyvinyl acetate phthalate, Potassium hydroxide
Iron (III) oxide, Partially dehydrated sorbitol solution
Gelatin, Gelatin, Purified water, Propylene glycol, Macrogol
The drug is used in adults for short-term symptomatic treatment
of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, toothaches, menstrual pain
High fever
Dosage:
For adults:
In adults, if it is necessary to take this medicine for more than 3 days due to fever or more than 4 days due to pain, or if symptoms worsen, seek medical attention.
The recommended dose is:
Body weight >/= 40 kg (adults)
Single dose: 1 soft capsule (equivalent to 400 mg ibuprofen).
Maximum daily dose: 3 softgels (equivalent to 1200 mg ibuprofen).
After taking a single dose, wait at least 6 hours before taking the next dose.
The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest time needed to relieve symptoms. If you have an infection, seek immediate medical attention if symptoms (such as fever and pain) persist or worsen.
Dosage for the elderly:
No special dosage adjustment is required.
Contraindications:
Do not take this medicine
if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any of the other ingredients in this medicine;
if you have a history of bronchospasm, asthma attacks, nasal congestion, skin reactions, or sudden swelling after taking aspirin or other nonal anti-inflammatory drugs;
if you have unexplained blood disorders;
if you have or have had recurrent stomach/duodenal ulcers (peptic ulcers) or bleeding in the past (at least 2 different episodes of proven ulcers or bleeding);
if you have a history of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation due to previous therapy with non-al anti-inflammatory drugs/anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
if you have bleeding in the brain (cerebrovascular haemorrhage) or other active bleeding;
if you have severe liver or kidney dysfunction;
if you have severe heart failure (heart failure);
severe dehydration (caused, for example, by vomiting, diarrhoea or insufficient fluid intake);
in the last trimester of pregnancy;
people weighing up to 40 kg, as this dosage is not suitable due to the higher content of the active substance;
children and young people up to 18 years.”
