Active substance per 1 tablet:
70 mg sumatriptan succinate = 50 mg sumatriptan.
Other ingredients: ammonium methacrylate copolymer (type A), sodium carmellose, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium croscarmellose, lactose-1-water, magnesium stearate (vegetable), grapefruit flavor (= levomenthol, sulfites), black iron (III) oxide hydrate, iron. (III) oxide
Areas of application:
Sumatriptan HEXAL is taken for the acute treatment of the head phase of migraine attacks with and without aura, after the initial diagnosis of migraine by a doctor.
Dosage
Adults aged 18 years and over take 1 Sumatriptan HEXAL® Migraine Tablet whole with water at the first sign of an acute attack of migraine headache. If the headache returns after it has subsided, another tablet may be taken within 24 hours, with an interval of at least 2 hours between doses; Do not exceed the maximum dose of 2 film-coated tablets within 24 hours.
Notes
Contains: lactose, sulfites and menthol.
Use only after initial medical diagnosis of migraine.
