Recommended daily intake
Infants over 1 month of age, children and adults: 1 capsule during a meal or one hour before a meal.
When administering a probiotic to small children or people who have difficulty swallowing, the contents of the capsule should be poured onto a spoon and mixed with a small amount of lukewarm boiled water, milk or yogurt, then consumed.
