“Composition
Active ingredients: allantoin (Allantoinum), dexopanthenol (Dexpanthenolum).
1 g of cream contains 20 mg of allantoin and 50 mg of dexpanthenol (50% solution of panthenol in propylene glycol).
Excipients: lanolin, liquid paraffin, cetostearyl alcohol, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, purified water, polavax NF.
Dosage
Medicine for topical application to the skin.
Before applying the cream, the skin should be cleaned and dried.
The affected area should be lubricated one or more times a day.
If a rash appears in children, apply Alantan Plus after each diaper change.
Action
Alantan Plus contains 2 active ingredients responsible for exfoliation, protection and moisturizing of the skin. Alantan also promotes wound healing by stimulating the growth of new tissue. Allantoin, used regularly, helps prevent excessive keratinization of the skin. Dexpanthenol has the ability to bind water, which has a beneficial effect on the elasticity of the skin.
Indications
care for dry and irritated skin,
treatment of skin lesions such as wounds, abrasions, small cracks in the skin, small cuts,
sunburn, burns after radiation and phototherapy,
prevention of diaper rash in infants,
excessive keratinization of the skin of the feet and hands,
supportive treatment for atopic dermatitis, allergic eczema, rhinitis, leg ulcers.
Contraindications
When you should not use Alantan Plus:
in case of hypersensitivity to the active ingredients – allantoin, dexpanthenol or any other ingredient of the drug,
for the eyes,
in the presence of acute inflammation of the skin also with exudate.”
