This is a herbal remedy for venous diseases.
In adults, it is used to treat symptoms of leg vein diseases (chronic venous insufficiency), such as pain and heaviness in the legs, night leg cramps, itching and swelling of the legs.
If after 4 weeks you do not feel better or even worsen, consult a doctor.
Dosage
The recommended dose is:

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, adults should take 1 extended-release hard capsule daily in the morning and evening (equivalent to 100 mg aescin).
Children and young people
It is not intended for use in children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
