Alpha-lipoic acid, maltodextrin (filler). Capsule composition: gelatin, water, dyes: E171, E131. 1 capsule contains: 100 mg of alpha-lipoic acid.
Indications
It protects against the effects of all oxidizing factors and enhances the effects of other antioxidants – including: vitamins C and E. Because it dissolves in water and fats, it works both at the level of cell membranes and in the cells themselves. ALA accelerates glucose oxidation, increases glycogen stores in the liver, and has a beneficial effect on carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. – Increases physical and mental performance. – Has a strong antioxidant effect. – It is an excellent supplement to the diet for diabetics.
Dosage
