Additionally contains: glyceryl stearate, caprylic-capric triglyceride, sucrose distearate, sucrose stearate, cetylstearyl alcohol, vegetable glycerin, glycerol trihydroxystearate, vegetable oils, hydrogenated vegetable oils, candelilla wax, xanthan gum, citric acid, tocopherols, sodium silicate, benzyl alcohol, potassium sorbate, sodium dehydroacetate, sunflower oil.

Indications
NeoFitoroid bioOintment is indicated for the treatment of hemorrhoids (external and internal) and the symptoms associated with them, such as pain, burning and itching of the anus and its surroundings. It can also be used in the case of anal fissures.
NeoFitoroid bioOintment may also be helpful in the prevention and in all situations that may lead to irritation and/or congestion of the anus and its surroundings (constipation, diarrhea, incorrect diet and lifestyle).
NeoFitoroid bioOintment can also be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Action
The effect of NeoFitoroid is provided by Helydol, a freeze-dried extract obtained from the purified lipophilic fraction of specially selected helichrysum, which, enriched with aloe, butcher’s broom, plant and essential oils, soothes irritation, protects the mucous membrane and promotes its return to its normal state, through 3 mechanisms of action:
– Mucoadhesive: adheres to the mucous membrane, creating a layer with a barrier effect that protects against contact with irritating factors;
– Moisturizing: reduces stool friction, protecting against irritation and congestion in the anal area;
– Antioxidant: protects the mucous membrane against free radicals
In addition, NeoFitoroid creates an environment that is unfavorable for the reproduction of pathogenic organisms, activating an even stronger protective effect and reducing itching. The refreshing properties quickly provide relief from ailments.
NeoFitoroid does not contain cortisone agents or anesthetics, and thanks to its mechanism of action, it does not irritate or dry the mucous membrane.
Dosage
External application: apply the ointment and gently massage into the anus and its surroundings. Internal application: use a special rectal cannula, screwing it to the tube.
Apply enough ointment to cover the affected area.
Use the product after defecation and after thoroughly and gently washing the anus and its surroundings.
To obtain a protective effect against irritation caused by rubbing, the product should be applied before defecation, remembering to use it after each bowel movement.
After application, unscrew the cannula, wash it thoroughly with warm water and soap, and then close the tube with the ointment.
The application can be repeated many times a day, also at short intervals and for a longer period of time.
