Active ingredient: bisacodyl 5 mg.
Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, cellacephate, dextrin (corn), glucose syrup, glycerol (mono, di, tri)alkanoate (C14-C18), potato starch, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate. (Ph. Eur.), corn starch, castor oil, sucrose (sucrose), colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, montangicol wax, titanium dioxide (E 171)
Application areas
For short-term use for constipation and diseases requiring relief of bowel movements.
Dosage
LAXANS AL tablets are best taken in the evening or in the morning on an empty stomach, without chewing, with plenty of liquid. The recommended dose is 1-2 tablets (5-10 mg) for adults and children over 10 years of age to achieve immediate onset of action, or 1 tablet (5 mg each) for children aged 2-10 years.
Taking in the evening results in bowel movement in about 10 hours, taking in the morning in about 6 hours.
LAXANS AL should not be used in children under 2 years of age.
LAXANS AL can only be used for a short time (maximum up to a week) without a doctor’s instructions.”
