“Ingredients
Active ingredient per gastro-resistant tablet:
100 mg acetylsalicylic acid.
Other ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, highly dispersed silicon dioxide, potato starch, talc, triacetin, methacrylic acid-ethyl acrylate copolymer (1:1), dispersion 30% (Ph.Eur.).
Areas of application
The drug is used
for unstable angina (heart pain due to poor circulation in the coronary arteries)
as part of standard therapy
in acute myocardial infarction – as part of standard therapy
to prevent recurrent myocardial infarction after the first myocardial infarction (to prevent recurrent infarction)
after surgery or other interventions on arterial vessels (after surgery on arterial vessels or interventional procedures, such as coronary artery bypass grafting [ACVB], with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty [PTCA])
to prevent temporary insufficient blood flow to the brain (TIA: transient ischemic attacks) and cerebral infarctions after previous stages (eg, temporary paralysis of the face or arm muscles or temporary loss of vision).
Note:
The drug is not suitable for the treatment of painful conditions.
Dosage
A daily dose of 1 gastro-resistant tablet (equivalent to 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) is recommended.
In acute myocardial infarction
A daily dose of 1 gastro-resistant tablet (equivalent to 100 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) is recommended.
To prevent a second heart attack after a first heart attack (recurrent heart attack prevention)
A daily dose of 3 gastro-resistant tablets (equivalent to 300 mg acetylsalicylic acid per day) is recommended.
After surgery or other interventions on arterial blood vessels (after arterial vascular surgery or interventional procedures; eg according to ACVB; with PTCA)

Contraindications
The drug should not be taken
in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to the active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid or other ingredients of the Medicine
if you have had asthma attacks or otherwise hypersensitivity (allergy) to salicylates (a group of substances related to acetylsalicylic acid) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past
in case of acute ulcers of the stomach and intestines
in case of pathologically increased tendency to bleeding (hemorrhagic diathesis)
in case of liver and kidney failure
in case of severe heart failure treatment (heart failure)
if you are taking 15 mg or more of methotrexate per week at the same time
in the last 3 months of pregnancy at a dose of more than 150 mg of acetylsalicylic acid per day.”
