“Compound
The active ingredient of the drug is dexketoprofen in the form of dexketoprofen with trometamol.
1 tablet contains 25 mg of dexketoprofen.
Excipients: corn starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl starch, glyceryl distearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, macrogol 6000.
Dosage
The recommended daily dose is usually 1 tablet every 8 hours, but not more than 3 tablets per day.
If you do not feel better or feel worse after 3 to 4 days, contact your doctor.
Action
Dexac has an analgesic effect.
Indications
Dexac is used for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate pain.
Contraindications
When you should not use Dexac:
if you are allergic to dexketoprofen or any other part of the drug;
if you are allergic to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-al anti-inflammatory drugs;
if you have asthma or have had asthma attacks in the past, acute allergic rhinitis, nasal polyps, urticaria, angioedema,
if you have a history of hypersensitivity to sunlight, photoallergic reactions or phototoxic reactions;
if you have a stomach and/or duodenal ulcer or stomach bleeding;
if you have chronic digestive problems;
if you have had bleeding from the stomach or intestines;
if you suffer from intestinal diseases with chronic inflammation;
if you have severe heart failure, moderate or severe kidney failure, or severe liver failure;
if you have a tendency to bleed excessively or have a bleeding disorder;
if you are severely dehydrated due to vomiting, diarrhea, or not drinking enough fluids;
if you are in the third trimester of pregnancy or breastfeeding.”
