Action
The active ingredient of the drug reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles contained in food and gastrointestinal mucus, causing them to burst. Thanks to this, the gases released in this way can be absorbed by the intestinal wall or removed from the digestive tract as a result of peristaltic movements of the intestine.
Indications
– symptomatic treatment of gastrointestinal disorders associated with excessive accumulation of gases in the digestive tract
-an aid for infantile intestinal colic in children over 1 month of age.
-supporting the preparation of patients for x-ray examinations, ultrasound of the abdominal organs and gastroscopy
Dosage
Infants over 1 month – 1-2 ml in 2-4 doses.
Children 1–6 years old: 1 ml 3–5 times a day.
Children 6–14 years old – 1–2 ml 3–5 times a day.
Adolescents and adults – 2 ml 3-5 times a day.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drug.”
