Drug substance and its quantity
The active ingredient is ibuprofen.
100 g of cream contains 5 g of ibuprofen in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion.
Excipients: medium-saturated triacylglycerols, glycerol monostearate, macrogol-30-stearate, macrogol-100-stearate, propylene glycol, sodium methylparaben, purified water, xanthan gum, lavender essential oil, lemon balm flower essential oil.
How to use
A strip of cream 4–10 cm long is applied 3–4 times a day at intervals of 3–4 hours to the affected area and rubbed in thoroughly.
Penetration of the cream through the skin can be supported by the use of an occlusive dressing.
According to the doctor’s decision, penetration can be effectively supported using iontophoresis.
