For external or supportive treatment of muscular rheumatism, degenerative painful joint diseases (osteoarthritis), inflammatory rheumatic diseases of the joints and spine, swelling or inflammation of the soft tissues around the joints (e.g. bursae, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules), stiff shoulder, low back pain, lumbago, sports and accidental injuries such as bruises, sprains, strains.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose is:
The preparation is applied 3-4 times a day. Depending on the size of the painful area to be treated, a strip of cream 4-10 cm long is required, corresponding to 2-5 g of cream (100-250 mg of ibuprofen). The maximum total daily dose is 20 g of cream, equivalent to 1000 mg of ibuprofen.
Duration of use
The duration of treatment is determined by the practitioner. As a rule, an application for a period of 2 to 3 weeks is sufficient.
Contraindications
the drug cannot be used
in case of hypersensitivity (allergy), against the active ingredient ibuprofen, other ingredients of the drug or against other painkillers and drugs for rheumatism;
on open injuries, inflammation or infection of the skin, as well as eczema or mucous membranes;
in the last trimester of pregnancy.”
