Tansy flower – Tanacetum vulgare
Mugwort herb – Artemisia absinthium
Clove flower buds – Syzygium aromaticum
Walnut leaf – Juglans regia
Elecampane root – Inula helenium
Calamus rhizome – Acorus calamus
Peppermint leaf – Mentha piperita
Marshmallow root – Althaea officinalis
Ground version – more difficult to prepare, but stronger.
How to use:
Pour one teaspoon with a glass of boiling water and leave covered to infuse for 10 minutes. Use up to twice a day in cycles: two weeks of use – one week break – two weeks of repeated use.
