Dosage
Adults and elderly patients:
Oral intake: 1 tablespoon (about 3 g) of oak bark, pour 1 glass of cold water (250 ml), bring to a boil, cook covered for approx. 5 minutes, let it brew for approx. 15 minutes and strain. Drink the prepared decoction three times a day. Do not use longer than 3 days.

Add the prepared decoction to the bath once a day (bath duration: 20 minutes). Use topically several times daily to wash skin and apply compresses.
