Applications

The active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride has vasoconstrictor properties and thus causes swelling of the nasal mucosa. .
The drug is used
to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa in colds, runny nose (vasomotor rhinitis) and allergic rhinitis (allergic rhinitis).
to facilitate the outflow of secretions in case of inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and otitis media (catarrh of the tubular middle ear) due to a runny nose.
The drug is intended for schoolchildren and adults.
Dosage
