“Active ingredient: sildenafil (Sildenafilum).
1 tablet contains sildenafil 25 mg.
Excipients: potassium polyacrylin, purified water, magnesium stearate, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, aspartame, croscarmellose sodium, peppermint flavor, lactose monohydrate, povidone K-30.
Dosage

The tablet should be crushed and chewed until dissolved.
The drug does not need to be taken down.
The duration of action is usually from half an hour to 1 hour (depending on individual sensitivity).

Adults: 1 tablet (25 mg sildenafil) per day. Use the drug as needed – about an hour before planned sexual intercourse.
Action
Inventum contains sildenafil, which increases blood supply to the penis and restores the mechanism responsible for erection. Sildenafil is called a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, which helps relax blood vessels.
Indications for use
in adult men with erectile dysfunction (inability to achieve or maintain a firm erection for sexual activity).
Contraindications.
When you should not take Inventum:
if you are allergic to sildenafil or any other part of the drug;
if you are taking nitrates (for example, nitroglycerin, isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate) or drugs that release nitric oxide (for example, molsidomine) or the anti-ischemic drug nicorandil, as taking them at the same time may cause a dangerous decrease in blood pressure;
if you take amyl nitrite or amyl nitrate as stimulants (so-called poppers), as taking them at the same time can also cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure;
if you have severe heart disease (including unstable coronary heart disease, coronary artery disease, NYHA class II, III, IV congestive heart failure);
if you have other heart diseases such as heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy;
if you have severe liver failure;
if you have had a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening heart rhythm disorder within the last 6 months;
if you have low resting blood pressure below 90/50 mmHg. Art.;
if the patient has arterial hypertension more than 170/100 mm Hg. at rest;
if you have a hereditary degenerative change of the retina such as pigmentary retinal degeneration (retina pigmentosa);
if you have ever suffered vision loss due to anterior ischemic optic neuropathy not associated with arteritis.”
