The product is a quick, specific and screening immunochromatographic test that allows the detection of abnormal enzyme concentrations in whole blood taken from a finger within 10 minutes.

The package includes: test plate 1 pc, plastic pipette 1 pc, bottle of diluent (diluent) with dropper 1 pc, sterile lancet 1 pc, instructions for use 1 pc.
Product characteristics
The medical device should be used to detect elevated concentrations of transaminases in whole blood. The test contains antibodies specific for ALT and AST. When the concentration of these liver enzymes exceeds 80 IU/L, antibodies detect transaminases and one or two red test lines are visible in the result window.
How to use a medical device
Before carrying out the examination, you should wash your hands.
Prepare the kit according to the instructions.
Disinfect the fingertip and massage it for about 10-15 seconds to improve its blood supply.
Press the lancet against the tip and press the lancet eject button.
Bring the tip of the pipette close to the obtained drop of blood, without pressing it.
The blood should migrate through the capillary to the line marked on the pipette.
Transfer the obtained blood to the sample well on the test plate.
Add 4 drops of diluent to the sample well, leaving a 2-3 second break between each drop.
The result should be read 10 minutes after adding the diluent. Do not interpret a result read after 15 minutes.
