- Recommended daily dose and method of use: The recommended daily dose is 30 ml. (6 scoops of 5 ml each). Take 1 to 2 tablespoons three times a day. Shake before use. If the syrup hardens due to the natural crystallization of the honey, heat to 40 °C. This will preserve all the natural active substances.
