Dosage
Adults, including the elderly (over 65 years): usually 20 ml of syrup 3 or 4 times a day (1 ml of syrup per kg of body weight per day).
Children over 1 year: 1 ml of syrup per kg of body weight per day. The medicine should be taken 3 times a day according to the table below:

Contraindications
The medicine should not be used:
in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drug,
in patients who are currently suffering from an attack of gout or elevated levels of uric acid in the blood.
