Dosage
The initial dose depends on your previous smoking habit. For optimal treatment, follow the following dosing regimen:

Initial phase 3-4 weeks: 21 mg/24 hours.

Completion 3-4 weeks: 7 mg/24 hours.

Thus, over 9-12 weeks, less and less nicotine is gradually supplied. This rids the body of nicotine and at the same time significantly reduces the physical withdrawal symptoms.

Systemic skin diseases, unstable or worsening angina, immediate post-myocardial infarction, severe arrhythmia, recent stroke, vasospasm, pheochromocytoma. Children should not be treated with nicofrenone. Non-smokers and occasional smokers are also prohibited from using nicofrenone.”
