“Composition of the drug
The active ingredient is tadalafil. Each tablet contains 10 mg tadalafil.
Other ingredients: tablet core: lactose monohydrate, povidone K 30, poloxamer type 188, sodium lauryl sulfate, croscarmellose sodium, colloidal anhydrous silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate; tablet shell: polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide (E171), macrogol 3350, talc, yellow iron oxide (E172), red iron oxide (E172).
Dosage
For oral use.
Adult men: Swallow 1 tablet whole with a small amount of water (can be taken with or without food). The medicine should be taken at least 30 minutes before planned sexual activity. The medicine may be effective for up to 36 hours after taking the tablet.
The drug is intended for emergency use as needed. Do not use more than once a week, do not take more than 1 tablet.
The drug will not work in the absence of sexual stimulation.
Action
Tadalafil Maxigra contains the active substance tadalafil, which belongs to a group of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors. After sexual stimulation, Tadalafil Maxigra helps dilate the blood vessels of the penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis. As a result, erection improves. Tadalafil Maxigra does not help patients who do not suffer from erectile dysfunction.

If you take medications or other substances that release nitric oxide (such as amyl nitrite, so-called “”poppers””), taking them together can also cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
If you have severe heart disease or have had a heart attack within the last 90 days.
If you have had a stroke within the last 6 months.
If you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
If you have ever had vision loss due to non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), known as “”ocular palsy””.
If you are taking riociguat (eg Adempas). This is a medication used to treat pulmonary hypertension (i.e., high blood pressure in the lungs) and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (i.e., high pressure in the lungs caused by blood clots). Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors, such as Tadalafil Maxigra, have been shown to enhance the blood pressure-lowering effects of this medication. If you are taking riociguat or are unsure, tell your doctor.”
