Dosage
One package of Denitsit (100 film-coated tablets) is enough for complete therapy. Duration of treatment is 25 days. Denicite should be taken orally with an appropriate amount of water, according to the following scheme.

From the 1st to the 3rd day, 1 film-coated tablet, every 2 hours, 6 film-coated tablets.
From days 4 to 12, 1 film-coated tablet every 2.5 hours. 5 film-coated tablets.
From days 13 to 16, 1 film-coated tablet every 3 hours. 4 film-coated tablets.
From days 17 to 20, 1 film-coated tablet every 5 hours. 3 film-coated tablets.
From days 21 to 25, 1-2 film-coated tablets per day, up to 2 film-coated tablets.
You should quit smoking no later than the 5th day after starting therapy. You should not smoke during treatment as this may worsen side effects. If the result of therapy is unsatisfactory, treatment should be stopped and after 2–3 months it can be resumed.
Contraindications
When not to use Denicit:
if you are allergic to the active substance or any other ingredient of the medicine (listed in section 6),
with unstable angina,
in case of recent myocardial infarction,
for clinically significant heart rhythm disturbances,
if you have recently had a stroke,
during pregnancy and lactation.”
