They contain Ectoin®, a natural cell protective molecule that has anti-inflammatory and cell membrane stabilizing properties.
Ectosin is a throat lozenge with ectoine intended for the prevention and treatment of cold symptoms, dry mouth and throat, and hoarseness resulting from overload of the vocal cords. The drug creates a protective layer, the so-called “Ectoin® Hydro Complex”, which is applied to the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat without causing a sticky feeling. The tablets stabilize cell membranes, reducing the risk of bacterial and viral infections of the mouth and throat. The drug increases mucus production and soothes inflammation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. Ectosin tablets relieve sore throat, pain when swallowing and hoarseness. Moisturizes dry and irritated mucous membranes and promotes its regeneration. The drug reduces irritation and dryness of the throat caused by excessive vocal overload, allergens, dry air, for example, in heated or air-conditioned rooms, polluted air or smoke. Ectosin lozenges have a refreshing taste and support free breathing. Ectosin tablets are made entirely from natural ingredients and do not contain preservatives.
Compound
Ectoin (Ectoin®), isomalt, sucralose, menthol, citric acid, lemon mint flavor (contains tocopherol), honey flavor (contains polyethylene glycol), safflower concentrate, glucose syrup, water.
Product Use
1 lozenge every 3 hours or as needed. Do not take more than 10 lozenges per day.
Notes and Precautions
For chronic injuries, after surgery or damage to the oral cavity, you should consult your doctor before using Ectosin.
Ectosyn should not be used in children under 6 years of age due to the risk of choking.
Do not use lozenges while lying down due to the risk of choking.
Do not use lozenges from a damaged blister.
Ectosin should not be used if you are hypersensitive to ectosin or any of the ingredients of the drug.
If an allergic reaction occurs, stop using Ectosin immediately. Ectosin should be stored out of the reach of children.
Possible side effects of the medical device
Ectosin is well tolerated. No regularly occurring or persistent side effects have been reported to date. When used in excessive quantities, due to the isomalt content, a laxative effect may occur in very rare cases.

Currently, there is no data on the use of ECTOSSIN during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are pregnant, nursing, or think you may be pregnant, consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
