Myfungar® nail polish contains hydroxypropyl chitosan (HPC) as an active ingredient, the raw material chitosan is produced from the chitin of shellfish. Other ingredients include purified water, alcohol (ethanol) and piroctone olamine (Octopirox®).
The medical varnish forms an invisible film on the nail, which acts as a barrier against fungal pathogens, chemical and physical influences. But the film does not just remain on the nail, it penetrates deep into it. Thus, Myfungar nail polish protects and stabilizes nails, and also supports their natural growth.

Directions for use
Apply Myfungar® nail polish once a day, in a thin layer, to the nail surface surrounding the healthy nail surface. Apply to the skin and free edge of the nail. It is recommended to use it after washing your hands before going to bed, so that the active ingredients optimally reach the nail overnight. The nail polish dries quickly and forms an invisible protective film on the nail. Any paint residue can be easily removed in the morning with water. Myfungar® is water-soluble, so there is no need to use nail polish remover.”
