Local treatment of muscle pain, treatment of pain in the course of degenerative joint diseases, rheumatic diseases of peripheral joints and the spine; treatment of inflammatory changes in periarticular tissues (e.g. bursae, tendons, tendon sheaths, ligaments and joint capsules); treatment of painful shoulder stiffness, pain in the lumbar spine, post-traumatic lesions related to sports or accidents (e.g. bruises, sprains).
Action
Analgesic and anti-inflammatory.

Dosage
Typically, a 4-10 cm long strip of cream is applied to the skin and rubbed in 3-4 times a day. If necessary, the medicine can be used more often, but not more often than every 4 hours.
Contraindications
Allergy to any of the ingredients of the drug, open wounds, do not use in the eyes or mucous membranes, stomach or duodenal ulcer, renal failure, bronchial asthma, do not use in children under 14 years of age, pregnancy, lactation.”
