“The drug is used for digestive disorders due to insufficient or absent function of digestive enzymes of the pancreas, for inflammatory and other diseases of the pancreas and for difficulties after operations in the digestive tract. The drug improves digestion in cases of difficulties caused by dietary errors (for example, overeating or eating indigestible, fatty foods) and thereby eliminates secondary symptoms of digestive disorders, such as a feeling of fullness, bloating, flatulence or excessive fat in the stool.
Pharmaceutical form
Film-coated tablets, yellow to greenish in color, biconvex in shape.
Drug substance and its quantity
The active ingredient is pancreatin 220 mg in 1 enteric-coated tablet with an amylolytic activity of at least 6000 FIP units, a lipolytic activity of at least 6000 FIP units and a proteolytic activity of at least 400 FIP units.
How to use
When treating difficulties caused by dietary errors
They are prescribed once or for a short period (1-3 days) 2 enteric tablets after a small meal, 3-4 enteric tablets after a large meal.
For pancreatic insufficiency
Take 2 enteric tablets after a light meal,
3-4 enteric tablets after a large meal.
Depending on the type of food and known or suspected digestive problems, the dose may be increased after consultation and under the supervision of a physician.
Children
Always give this product to children only on the advice of a doctor.
Children over 3 years of age are usually prescribed 1 enteric tablet 3 times a day.
The tablets can be swallowed by children from 3 years of age.
