Purified water with neutral pH, electrolytes – i.e. sodium, potassium, chlorine ions, bicarbonates, preservative – benzalkonium chloride, which prevents the solution from being infected by bacteria.
Product characteristics
The medical device is intended to be used to support daily nasal hygiene. The neutral pH of the saline solution helps cleanse and maintain the appropriate level of hydration of the nasal mucosa and supports its regeneration process. Additionally, it helps relieve the symptoms of nasal congestion.
Indications for use of the medical device are:
daily nasal hygiene
moisturizing dry nasal mucosa
unblocking the nose in case of obstruction caused by e.g. runny nose (caused by allergy, cold, acute / chronic sinusitis), polluted air.
How to use a medical device
Newborns, infants and children: 1 serving in each nostril several times a day.
Before administering the product, press the applicator several times to activate the dosing pump.
Apply 1 portion of the product into the nostril – the administration should take place in a lying position.
Repeat the operation with the other nostril.
In newborns and infants, it is recommended to use the product before a meal or feeding. Unblocking the nose helps swallow food without air, which helps avoid digestive system problems associated with swallowing air.
The medical device can be used for a long time.
It is not recommended to remove the applicator after use.
If it is necessary to clean the applicator, use a towel or tissue.
The pump valve has a special design, which prevents the solution from flowing back – it remains clean throughout the entire period of use.
