Nebu-dose Baby 1.5% saline solution in the form of individual ampoules intended for inhalation. The action of the preparation during nebulization is based on the use of various mechanisms that facilitate the removal of secretions from the respiratory tract, improving breathing comfort by: breaking the ionic bonds of the mucus secretion, thanks to which the viscosity and elasticity of the secretion decreases, water absorption from the mucosa and submucosa, which reduces swelling of the respiratory tract walls, stimulating the cough and expectoration reflex as mechanisms supporting the removal of mucus in the bronchi, which leads to the opening of the respiratory tract.
Action:
The preparation is recommended for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis or acute obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Nebu-Dose Baby can be used alone or as a carrier for other drugs that are intended for inhalation.
Directions for use:
Nebu-Dose BABY ampoules can be administered using any inhaler.
It is recommended to use 4-5 ml of the solution once.
The method of use indicated by the manufacturer of the device should be followed.
