How to use
Gently insert the tip of the applicator into your nose and press down on the base of the applicator. After each use, clean the tip with soap and water, then rinse and dry.
Infants over 1 month and children: 1-2 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times daily.
Adults: 1-3 sprays in each nostril 2-3 times daily.
