Dosage
The recommended dose is one film-coated tablet twice daily.
Glucosamine is not indicated for the treatment of acute painful symptoms, since symptom relief (especially pain relief) does not occur until several weeks after starting treatment, and in some cases even later.
If symptom relief is not observed after 2-3 months, the continuation of glucosamine treatment should be reconsidered.
Contraindication
