Composition of Arnica complex 01 from Lehning
This medication comes in the form of a 30 ml bottle, the different strains of this remedy are:

| Belladonna 4DH | 3ml |
| Bryonia 3 DH | 3ml |
| China rubra 3 DH | 3ml |
| Nux vomica 4 DH | 3ml |
| Route graveolens 8 DH | 3ml |
| Hypericum perforatum 3 DH | 3ml |
| Millefolium 3 DH | 3ml |
| Sambucus nigra 3 DH | 3ml |
Its other components are ethanol and purified water.
Dosage of Arnica Complex n°1 oral solution
This medication is taken sublingually. The drops to be administered should be put in a little water and kept in the mouth for a few moments before being swallowed.
The recommended doses are for adults; we recommend taking 20 drops on the first day of treatment, 4 or 5 times during the day.
The following days, the dosage is 20 drops, 3 times a day.
For children aged 30 months to 12 years, they will be given 5 drops per day.
Take away from meals.
Treatment should not exceed one week.
