The medicine Amorolfine Viatris 5% is a medicated nail polish, based on amorolfine. This active substance belongs to the family of antifungals and is indicated for the management of nail fungus (infections due to a fungus), affecting a maximum of 2 nails in adults.
It should be noted that a fungus causes a change in the appearance of the affected nail: color (white, yellow or brown), thickening of the nail, which can vary depending on the individual. An infection located at the end of the nails and / or on the side does not necessarily require a consultation and can be treated by following the advice of your pharmacist.
