- The product is intended for the treatment and prevention of calcium deficiency. Only on the advice of a doctor is it used to treat bone thinning (osteoporosis), bone softening (osteomalacia), Sudeck’s syndrome, some disorders of calcium metabolism, injuries and convalescence. In children, the product is used mainly in case of insufficient calcium intake by food, ie to ensure the growth of bones and teeth. It can also be used in pregnant and breast-feeding women due to the higher need for calcium during pregnancy and breastfeeding. In children, adolescents, pregnant and lactating women, the product should only be used under the supervision of a doctor.
- Dosage Adults take 1 sachet once a day (equivalent to 1110 mg of calcium) Children 2-3 years of age: – Take 250 mg of calcium (about a sachet) once a day. Children aged 3-6 years take 500 mg of calcium (approximately a sachet) once a day. Children aged 7-10 years take 500 mg – 1000 mg of calcium once a day (approximately – 1 sachet). Administration in children (under 10 years of age) should always be recommended by a physician who will decide on the dose and route of administration. In children and adolescents, the product should only be used under the supervision of a doctor. It is taken on an empty stomach or at least 2 hours after a meal.
