“The product is highly effective, and its ingredients not only fight lice, but also wash and care for hair. The package contains not only medicated shampoo, but also a special comb for combing hair and removing dead lice and their eggs.
What is Sora Forte used for?
The indication for use of the drug is the fight against parasites of the scalp, which are lice. In addition, medicated shampoo can be used for preventive purposes – for example, after direct contact with a person infected with lice. Permethrin, the active ingredient in Sora Forte, paralyzes the nervous system of parasites living on the hair.
The package contains 50 ml of Sora Forte medicinal shampoo. 1 ml of product contains 10 mg of permethrin and auxiliary ingredients. The recommended dosage of Sora Forte is described in the leaflet included with the drug and should be followed unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Each time before using Sora Forte medicated shampoo, it is recommended to shake its packaging.

The medicine should be applied to previously damp hair. It is very important to carefully distribute Sora Forte shampoo throughout the hair and scalp, avoiding the area behind the ears and the back of the head. Then it is recommended to gently massage your hair and scalp until rich foam forms. The foam that forms on your head should be left for 10 minutes, and then it is recommended to rinse it thoroughly with water. After washing, your hair should be thoroughly combed with the included comb, which will help get rid of dead lice and their eggs. The treatment does not end there. It is recommended to repeat the lice treatment after 10 days, this should be enough to get rid of the lice problem. However, if, despite repeated washing of hair with Sora Forte shampoo, the patient notices the presence of live lice on his hair, he should consult a doctor. This may indicate that lice are resistant to permethrin, and this situation requires the use of specialized drugs.
Sora Forte may cause side effects in some people, although not everyone gets them. These are transient skin reactions, including burning or itching of the skin, as well as rash and erythema.
A contraindication to the use of Sora Forte medicated shampoo is hypersensitivity to permethrin and other pyrethroids and pyrethrins, and the shampoo should not be used by people with hypersensitivity to the auxiliary ingredients of the product. Sora Forte is not recommended for use in children under 3 years of age due to the lack of data on the safety of the drug in this age group. The product is intended for external use on the scalp only.
