“Composition: 1 tablet contains: active substances: 100 mg of acetylsalicylic acid and 40 mg of glycine and excipients: potato starch, talc.
Action: acetylsalicylic acid inhibits platelet aggregation, and glycine protects the gastrointestinal tract from the irritating effects of acetylsalicylic acid.
Dosage: Adults and children over 16 years of age: 1-3 tablets orally per day in a single dose or in divided doses. The tablets should be taken during or after meals and with a glass of liquid.
Contraindications: sensitization to any of the components of the drug, hypersensitivity to salicylates, allergic reaction to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); active gastric and/or duodenal ulcer; increased tendency to bleeding and bleeding disorders (for example, hemophilia, thrombocytopenia) and when the patient is treated with anticoagulants (for example, coumarin derivatives, heparin); gout; severe liver, kidney or heart failure; deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; II trimester of pregnancy; do not use in children under 16 years of age; uterine bleeding, excessive menstrual bleeding, intrauterine contraceptives; lactation.
