Indications
The drug is used:
Oral: Helps relieve cold and flu symptoms, digestive disorders, and indigestion;
For the preparation of steam inhalations: for catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a runny nose;
For rinsing the mouth and throat: for inflammation of the throat and oral cavity, sore throat, hoarseness, as an aid for ulcerative lesions and inflammation of the gums;
Topically on the oral mucosa: for single, mild inflammatory lesions and ulcerations of the oral mucosa, such as aphthous ulcers;
Topically on the skin: for itching and irritation of the skin after insect bites or touching nettles;
Rub locally: for migraine-like pain, rub the temples and forehead; for symptoms of colds and flu, accompanied by upper respiratory tract infections, rub the neck, back of the head, chest and back;
Topically for massage: for joint and muscle pain, rheumatic diseases, as well as for blood supply to the skin.
Action
Anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic for acute and chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract, throat, larynx, paranasal sinuses and oral mucosa. Facilitates expectoration and removal of purulent and mucous secretions. Relieves cough, hoarseness, and removes the feeling of dry throat.

Dosage
Orally: helps relieve symptoms of colds and flu: 10–15 drops of the drug in sugar or honey up to 3 times a day; for digestive disorders and indigestion: 10–15 drops of the drug in 1/2 glass of water up to 3 times a day;
To prepare steam inhalation: for catarrh of the upper respiratory tract, accompanied by a runny nose: 1/2-1 teaspoon of the drug (2.5-5 ml) per glass (150-200 ml) of hot water, inhale, inhaling the vapor until cool the solution until 3 times a day;

Locally for massage: for joint and muscle pain and rheumatic diseases and for blood supply to the skin: rub from a few drops to 1/2 tablespoon of the drug into the skin, depending on the surface being massaged, until a warming effect is achieved. Cover warmly.
Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the drug; burns, open wounds and skin inflammation; Do not apply to the mucous membranes of patients diagnosed with atrophic conditions of the oral mucosa. Do not apply to the nasal mucosa or around the eyes. Not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age.
