“Compound
Active ingredient: ambroxol hydrochloride (Ambroxoli hydrochloride).
Excipients: lactose, corn starch, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
The drug is intended for oral use.
The drug should not be used before bedtime due to its action profile.
Children from 6 to 12 years old: ½ tablet 2-3 times a day.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day (the first 2-3 days), then 1 tablet 2 times a day.
Action
Deflegmin has a mucolytic effect (increases fluid secretion, improves mucociliary clearance), additionally facilitates expectoration of sputum and relieves cough.
Indications
Acute and chronic diseases of the lungs and bronchi, leading to difficulty in expectorating viscous secretions from the respiratory tract.
Contraindications
When you should not use Deflegmin:
if you are allergic to ambroxol or any other ingredient of this medicine,
just before bedtime,
in children under 6 years of age.”
