The active ingredient of the drug is paracetamol (Paracetamolum).
1 tablet contains 500 mg of paracetamol.
Excipients: pregelatinized corn starch, povidone K30, crospovidone A, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid 50, magnesium stearate.
Dosage
The drug is administered orally. The tablet should be swallowed with a small amount of liquid (preferably boiled water).
The tablets can be divided into two equal doses.
Do not use the medicine for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 or 2 tablets at a time (500 mg to 1000 mg paracetamol), if necessary, after at least 4 hours, can be repeated 1 or 2 tablets 2-4 times a day. .
The maximum daily dose is 8 tablets (4000 mg paracetamol).
Children aged 6 to 12 years: 1/2 to 1 tablet at longer intervals.
Action
Paracetamol Biopharm contains the active ingredient paracetamol, which has analgesic and antipyretic properties. The drug does not have an anti-inflammatory effect. Paracetamol is less irritating to the stomach than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (eg acetylsalicylic acid).
Indications
Paracetamol Biopharm is used for pain of various origins and intensity, especially: headaches, migraines, rheumatic pain, pain in joints, muscles and bones, pain in the spine, neuralgia, menstrual pain, toothache.
The medicine is also used to reduce fever associated with, for example, a cold or flu.
Contraindications
When should you not use Paracetamol Biopharm:
in people who are allergic to paracetamol or any other ingredient of this medicine,
